HomeFront Studios was founded by Matt Ryan and officially opened for business in April of 2008. Matt graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Sound Engineering Arts in 2007 and has been a active musician and engineer in the NJ/NYC area for over 15 years. His former bands And musical endeavors include: The Miasmics, The Voice cracks, Hyphen one and Daylow, Kiwi the child and Old Wives. Currently Matt is the lead vocalist/trombonist for The Defending Champions and can be seen playing around the tri-state area.
Over the past 10 years at HomeFront Matt has recorded many different bands and solo artists. HomeFront has also had multiple recordings featured in Indie Movie’s, Documentary’s and movie trailers. Here are some of the placements recordings from HomeFront have received:
